Our Online Store

GotGear processes all sales through our website, which is available 24 hours, 7 days a week. We ship every business day, Monday through Friday. Orders placed on the weekend may not be approved or shipped until Monday. The product catalog on our online store contains product descriptions, images and specifications that are given to us by the product manufacturers. We are not responsible for typographical errors, and do not guarantee the accuracy of any product images. For details on a specific product, we suggest you visit the website of the product manufacturer.

Ordering Online

GotGear uses SSL and HTTPS technology to ensure that any and all information you enter on our website will remain confidential between you and us. We value your privacy, and never sell or transfer your information to anyone for any reason! We currently only accept orders online, and not via phone or e-mail.

Refund & Replacement Policy

GotGear is dedicated to serving our customers. Should you receive your order and find any product is faulty upon arrival, we will replace it free of charge through our RMA system. GotGear does not offer refunds, only replacements for exact item. We do not offer exchanges, replacements or refunds for non-defective items.

Product Replacement

As per our policy, we will issue an RMA for products found to be faulty on arrival, for up to 7 days past when you receive your shipment. If you would like to request an RMA number as well as return shipping information, please contact us. Please include the following information: order number, order date, faulty product information, your shipping information.

To find the status of an order you've recently placed with GotGear, please sign in to your account to view a list of your orders, as well as associated status information.

If you need to print out a copy of an invoice for a purchase with GotGear, you can do so by logging into your account and selecting the order number in question.
